MEPL- DOUBLE CONE/OCTAGONAL BLENDER:

Is ideal for mixing of powders and homogeneous lubrication of granules.Cones are manufacture out of SS 316 quality sheet. To enhance the mixing, paddle blades are provided on central shaft. Drive motor is connected to a gear box on SS rigid stand. Double cone charging height varies as per the capacities. Suitable opening for charging with SS cover and lock nuts, discharged part is fitted with Macon/butterfly valve which helps to unload powder faster. Pipe guards provided with limits switch interlocking to motor, which ensures safe operation for higher capacities. Two thirds of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing.

FEATURES&OPTIONALS:

• Construction of the blender as per GMP standards.

• The cone is statically balanced to avoid any excessive load on the gearbox and motor.

• Powder can be loaded into the cone through a wider opening, it can be discharged through a Macon value/ butterfly value.

• Flameproof motor, pushbutton station and limit switch can be provided.

• Fluid coupling for heavier capacities.
