MEPL- TRAY DRYER :

is special designed for pharmaceutical, food chemical, paint and textile industries. It is electrical/steam heated thermostatically controlled hot air oven fitted with time switch to facilitate working day&night. MEPL drying ovens are well accepted for fast economical drying of granules, efferent salts and other materials. Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, study construction and large working space are the valuable features of the oven.

CONSTRUCTION:

MEPL drying ovens are fabricated out of rigid SS frames with double walled SS panels insulated with rock wool slabs with a rigid door fitted with strong hinges and special lock arrangement. Control panel is fitted in front of the oven to facilitate easy operation.

AIRCIRCULATION:

A highly effective re-circulating air system is provided by belt driven axis fan. The filtered air is heated and re-circulated with fresh air.

• Inner and outer chambers made of SS304/316 as per GMP standards.
